KW Digital become a Google Partner as they become Google Certified in Adwords

KW Digital is proud to announce that we have achieved the coveted Google AdWords certification, which means that we are now officially a Google Partner. In this blog, we explain exactly what that means for us and for you.

For an agency to become a Google Partner they must meet certain criteria that proves to Google that they are experts in Google Natural Search and Google Paid Search.

The agency must manage several Google accounts on behalf of clients; they must reach a certain spend threshold regarding ad budget; and, most importantly, their employees must pass several exams so that they can be awarded with the esteemed Google Partners Badge.

We are delighted to announce that KW Digital are now a Google Partner after several of our employees passed their Adwords exams!

What is Google AdWords certification?

According to Google: “The Google AdWords certification is a professional accreditation that Google offers to individuals who demonstrate proficiency in basic and advanced aspects of AdWords. An AdWords certification allows individuals to demonstrate that Google recognises them as an online advertising professional.”

What exactly does the Google Adwords Exams test?

The AdWords certification exams are designed to test your knowledge of advanced online advertising best practices and AdWords.

Rachel Wilson, Managing Director of KW Digital explains: “the exams cover everything from selecting the correct campaign type, to effectively managing budget, to measuring ROI and crucially how to deliver more clicks for less budget! The pass rate for the exams is above 80%, so you really do need to know your stuff. The questions are scenario based and therefore have a lot of real life value”.
