Over the last 12-months, KW Digital have become a bit of a big deal in the pet food world and now work with a range of household pet food brands, providing both Paid Advertising and SEO support.
How did this happen?
Although our roots are firmly within the Engineering and Manufacturing world, last summer, after initially conducting some deep-dive insights work into the pet food industry, we quickly got to grips with the most pressing issues in the market, common consumer attitudes, and behaviours towards brands available on the market and, arguably most importantly, where pet food consumers hang out (digitally). This wider insights piece was conducted for MPM Products, who pride themselves on developing high-quality and innovative products for cats and dogs, and was used to inform their global marketing plans and overall brand positioning and target customer profiles.
Who do we work with?
Given that we had become so well-acquainted with the nuances and intricacies of the industry, it was a no brainer that MPM Products came to us to help them deploy their global digital marketing strategy across Paid Advertising and Organic. Initially working with Encore Pet Food, the UK division of MPM Products based in Manchester, we were then introduced to the company’s US division across the pond, Reveal Pet Food.
What have we done?
Across both Encore and Reveal, we have conducted SEO set-up work, which included Domain protection activities as part of the new website build. We have also created and tweaked Paid Advertising campaigns, drawing from customer persona insights, to help increase both awareness and consideration across both brands, as well as increase conversions. This entailed in-depth audience A/B testing and thorough audience engagement analysis. We have also carried out SEO activities across both brands, part of which included producing content to improve overall rankings across Google.
