ArrivaClick recently held a four-day event in Liverpool, where users could access free unlimited travel in and around the city on-board a snazzy ArrivaClick minibus.
All customers had to do was download the app, sign up and book a ride – no strings attached, it was really that simple!
As ArrivaClick’s digital agency, the KW team developed an online campaign to advertise the event across the city. Using our historical data from the past 12 months, we were able to identify a strategy that focused on the most successful audiences.
Campaigns spanned across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google App Install, Display, Search, and Video, all of which enabled us to streamline the customer funnel by taking a cross-channel approach.
Supporting offline activity, paid campaigns saw a fantastic 205% increase in sign ups during the event and a 45% increase in conversion rate. Well done KW Paid Team ?
