01. Background

Plasma Pen UK, owned by Louise Walsh International, offers the most advanced plasma devices and quality technician training in the UK. 

KW were appointed the company’s digital agency, delivering UX, SEO and PPC services. Tasked with increasing the number of potential customers to the brand’s website and generating leads via contact/booking form submissions.

Plasma Pen UK had a great reputation to work on, which is often half the battle! The main hurdles the brand were facing was lack of visibility and inefficient use of channels, meaning missed opportunities to drive traffic and sales.

02. What we did

Using a multichannel approach, KW used insight analysis and audience profiling to develop a paid campaign strategy across Google and social channels.

Large scale brand awareness campaigns allowed us to perform a plethora of A/B tests, particularly within audience targeting, enabling us to refine our approach throughout the marketing funnel and increase engagement rates to maximise budget allocation. 

Daily snapshot reports across channels enabled us to stay close to our data and make informed decisions on campaigns and audience targeting. This meant we could spot issues and opportunities easily throughout the campaign period to react quickly and efficiently. 

Our initial SEO approach was to widen visibility in the SERP’s by optimising the website for high volume search, introducing a blog for additional content and ranking opportunities, and using Schema to mark up FAQ content so that questions could be pulled into SERP placements.
